WASH USA has provided on occasion has volunteered its service.  We were particularly proud of stripping off paint from a New York City Monument.  We were told that the Monument was painted several times (we later on proved 7 layers of paint need to be removed) because it was continuously hit with Graffiti including the original Granite of the Monument over 25 years ago.  We were warned not to strip the paint because the original Graffiti would not come off.  We confidently went ahead, removal of the Graffiti was challenging but accomplished. The smog, dirt and oils on the Granite Monument was removed using our special restoration chemicals combined with knowledge of cleaning process.  Lastly the stone was treated with an anti-graffiti coatings and the Monument remains clean and restored & Graffiti free.  It's now 5 years later.
