The fact: *Unprotected Concrete/ Sidewalks are porous, so that staining
especially grease/oil will easily penetrate the concrete, making it nearly
impossible to Clean/Power Wash and become perfect again. Our sealer
application will greatly reduce stains penetration for a low investment compared
with new concrete installation which can cost up to $20/ft.
